I learned a lot about my car and the tuning process in general.

This was my first time using a remote tuner and I was a little nervous because I was not sure what to expect.  However, Shane thoroughly explained the entire process and put my mind at ease.

Having smooth driveability was important to me.  Shane did a fantastic job tuning my car.   He explained to me all changes and modifications he made in each tune revision and spent time to answer any questions that I had.

It is obvious that Shane cares about his customers and I will definitely be using him for any future tuning needs that I have.
